Rules for the Urban Antakshari Game:
General Rules:
1. Players from a team have to be in the same city.
2. Maximum 3 players in a team.
3. Try to name your post – like 12.07.13, 9.00 PM, Mumbai, Chai Khari.
Game Rules:
1. A visual post has to be within 24 hours max. And minimum 15 minutes after the original post.
2. There has to be a visual continuity – which is open to interpretation and everyone is free to take the image and create a response that he/she thinks is visually responsive. The image has to be primarily of urban space.
3. A general framework to respond can be dividing the image into 9 quadrants – Taking the date and deriving the quadrant based on the date (24th June => 2 + 4 = 6) – and using the part of the image from that quadrant (eg. 6) to derive your subsequent visual response. However, responses can be constructed using play of text and images also.
